Naturally Leavened Sourdough

Here's something exciting that's soon to emerge from my oven: Naturally Leavened Sourdough. While it's still a work in progress, rest assured it’s fermenting flavor the way it's meant to be. This sourdough is all about giving you that perfect crust and chewy bite that compliments everything from a simple sandwich to a hearty stew. 

I'm using age-old methods, combining them with local grains, to bring you a loaf that's distinctively wholesome. It’s all about weaving those rich flavors with a Southern twist, and I cannot wait for you to taste it.
